The overall aim is to "enhance the quality of life of residents of Dartmouth and the surrounding Parishes, and to improve social cohesion within that area." and in so doing we work at all times  in close cooperation with the elected bodies of Local Government as well as with other volunteer organisations within the district.

Over the past few years an amazing number of local people have given of their time in efforts towards the achievement of the objective. This resulted in the production and distribution of our "Community Plan", and we are now working to convert the list of "ideas" into real and available facilities.

One of the biggest problems facing any organisation is to convey to people exactly what it is trying to do, this Website is part of our attempt to remedy this concern. We hope you find it enlightening and realistic, and that you feel it is working in the right direction for the benefit of Dartmouth and the Parishes
